How to run a MTR (Tracert)

You will need to download WinMTR

Once you have downloaded and installed WinMTR you will need to open it.

You will see the following:

Input your servers IP in the host field at the top and hit 'Start'

Allow this to run for around 5-10 Minutes during periods of lag/delay.

Afterward hit the 'Copy Text to clipboard' button and send it to us via a support ticket with other details we would require to investigate.
